WHO CAN USE JURNEZ WEB APPLICATION?

Answer: Jurnez is the crew change management system. It can be used by ship managers, crew managers or crew manning agents to digitise and simplify its crew change logistic process. Basically, you should be a manager who has the information on the crew change plan, such as crew details, dates, port of the next crew change and who is the main point of contact with the traveling crews.

CAN I USE JURNEZ TOGETHER WITH MY CREW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

Answer: Yes, the information from your crew management system can be used to generate the necessary data of the crew plan and initiate crew change in Jurnez.

HOW WILL MY CREW CHANGE LOGISTIC ROUTING CHANGE IF I USE JURNEZ?

Answer: With Jurnez, the crew members scheduled for the crew change, are automatically organized and grouped by their origin or destination traveling plan. Each group has a Group Leader who will make sure that all the members of his/her group are checked-in at the stops assigned by the crew manager, allowing the company to make sure that everyone has reached the stop safe and secure, or quickly re-arrange the travel route if the crew change plan has been amended. Through the Jurnez, the crew managers will share the crew change plan with port agents, manning agents or travel agents, and thus will be relieved from the burden to send emails or making phone calls to everyone involved.

HOW WILL JURNEZ IMPROVE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY?

Answer: By providing access to Jurnez for other company’s departments or top management, the crew managers will make sure that everyone has updated with the recent crew change plan or deviations from it.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

Answer: The subscription plan depends on the number of traveling personnel per month. We have made a thorough estimation based on the number of vessels of various types and quantity of crew in rotation to work out various subscription plans. Please contact us for a quote.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

Answer: You can change your subscription plan at any time in settings or by sending us email to hello@jurnez.com

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION?

Answer: You can cancel your subscription plan at the end of the subscribed period. To do so, please follow the instructions in your settings.

CAN I USE JURNEZ FOR OFFICE PERSONNEL TRAVEL MANAGEMENT?

Answer: Yes, you can use Jurnez to communicate with your office staff as superintendents or project managers visiting the vessels, or to arrange training for office personnel or the crew.

IS JURNEZ FREE FOR CREW MEMBERS AND TRAVELING OFFICE PERSONNEL?

Answer: Yes, Jurnez mobile application is free for the crews and traveling office personnel.
